What We Can't Take
Hazardous stuff stays behind
Landfills and recyclers won't accept these, so we can't haul them. Your city or county runs drop-off days for most of this list.
- Wet paint, stains, and solvents
- Gasoline, motor oil, and other fuels
- Pesticides and pool chemicals
- Asbestos or suspected asbestos
- Propane tanks and compressed gas
- Medical waste and sharps
- Car batteries and loose lead-acid batteries
- Ammunition and explosives
